Shipping Policy
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery Times
- Norway (standard): 2–5 business days
- Norway (express): 1–2 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- Rest of the world: 10–20 business days
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method. Free shipping may be available on orders over a certain amount — check our current promotions for details.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to follow your shipment online.
Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.
Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date so we can resolve the issue.
