Questions we get asked

How long does delivery take?

Every item is made to order, so production takes 2–5 business days before anything ships. Total estimated time to your door: Norway 5–15 business days, EU and UK 7–15, USA 5–12, Canada 10–25, Australia and the rest of the world 12–30. Full detail on our Shipping Policy page.

What does shipping cost?

It is calculated at checkout based on your address and the weight of your order. Shipping is free on orders over 599 kr (or the equivalent in your currency).

Do you ship outside Norway?

Yes — worldwide. Prices are shown in your local currency where we support it.

Can I return something?

Yes. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal under Norwegian and EU/EEA law, and we extend that to 30 days for unworn items in original condition. We do not use the “custom goods” exemption against you, even though our items are made to order. You pay return shipping unless the item was faulty or wrong — then we cover it.

What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?

Write to us and we replace it or refund you in full. You do not pay for that.

How much of my purchase goes to charity, and where does it go?

25% of every sale. It is split between three organisations:

Rådet for psykisk helse — the Norwegian Council for Mental Health (org. no. 971 524 499)
Compassion — child sponsorship
Global Christian Relief — humanitarian relief

Not a vague “portion”. A number, and three names you can look up.

What size should I get?

Our tees and hoodies are unisex and cut for a relaxed fit. If you are between sizes and want it roomy, size up. Unsure? Email us and we will help you pick.

How do I wash it?

Cold wash (max 30°C), gentle cycle, no bleach, no tumble dry. Do not iron directly on the print. Totes are spot clean and line dry.
